ok, so a few pics to go with the writing of the last post! the first is a few of us staff on mountain bikes - its the only one i have of gav on a bike (useless i know!) - we were taking my girls on a bike ride to a local ice cream palour - a short 8 mile ride away - we cycled through rain, hail and sun to get there! but it was all good fun!

the next 2 pics of me and gav at the top of whiteface mountain, pics dont quite capture the moment but its pretty spectacular, its the 5th highest mountain of all the adriondacks.

the next is of me when i got my 3 strikes at bowling on a trip out with my kids - unfortunately not 3 in a row but the first 2 bowls were strikes - unbelievable, you can only imagine how excited i was!

the last is of gav and adam another guy counselor, very cool guy, there on the beach of lake placid on a day off, relaxing away from the kids catching a few rays! and yes, we have both developed slight tans, my legs are even off white!!, ok lets try put more on ...
